• what did not feel clear, specific, or accurate

• what felt missing

• how you hoped the report would be more useful

• any section you would like us to revisit

The more honest and specific you are, the more helpful we can be.

What happens next

Once we receive your email, we will review your report and your feedback carefully. If a refinement is appropriate, we will revise the work and send you an updated version at no extra cost. Because we review each Clarity Guarantee request thoughtfully and by hand, please allow 2–5 business days for a response.
