Satori
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 18th, 2026
Your privacy matters to us.
Satori is built around reflection, and we believe reflective information should be handled with care. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide directly
Name
Email address
Form responses, questionnaire answers, and written reflections
Customer support messages
Payment-related information connected to a purchase
Information collected automatically
Device and browser information
IP address
General usage and interaction data
Referral URLs and basic site diagnostics
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information through:
our website hosted on Framer
intake and questionnaire forms provided through Tally
workflow automations run through Make
operational records and stored responses managed in Airtable
language-model processing provided through OpenAI
payment processing handled by Stripe
Framer states that its built-in analytics do not use cookies or persistent identifiers. Tally provides the form infrastructure through which you voluntarily submit your information. Stripe processes payment information in connection with purchases. OpenAI’s business/API materials state that business data is not used to train models by default, and API usage may generate abuse-monitoring logs retained for up to 30 days unless different controls apply.
3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
deliver previews, reports, and purchased products
process payments and fulfill orders
send transactional emails and service-related communications
respond to customer support requests
maintain and improve site functionality, reliability, and user experience
detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, technical issues, or security incidents
comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate Satori and deliver the services you request.
This may include sharing information with:
Framer, to host and operate the website
Tally, to collect submitted form responses
Make, to route and automate workflows
Airtable, to store operational records and full submitted responses
OpenAI, to process submitted information and generate reflective outputs
Stripe, to process payments and related transaction records
Because Satori stores full responses in Airtable and sends submitted content through Make to OpenAI for processing, information you provide may include reflective or sensitive personal material. Please submit only information you are comfortable sharing for the purpose of receiving the service.
We may also disclose information:
if required by law
to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service
in connection with a business transfer, merger, or sale, if one ever occurs
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
provide the services you requested
maintain business and financial records
resolve disputes
enforce agreements
comply with legal obligations
Because Satori uses connected systems, information may remain for a period of time in Airtable records, email records, transaction records, workflow logs, and other necessary service-provider systems.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational steps to protect personal information. However, no method of online transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a qualifying data-security incident involving personal information, we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
7. Cookies and Analytics
Satori uses Framer’s built-in analytics. Framer states that this analytics product does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. We do not use additional tracking scripts beyond Framer’s built-in analytics at this time.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You may contact us to request that we:
update or correct your information
delete information we reasonably can delete
provide information about what data we hold about you
stop sending non-essential communications
If and when applicable law gives you additional privacy rights, we will process qualifying requests in accordance with that law.
9. Children’s Privacy
Satori is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
